Strategic Roadmapping and Development: HIX's Partnership for Enhanced Product Alignment

Challenge
During the early days of HIX (2018), HIX requested 25Friday to work on the predictability and alignment of the product roadmap. Next to this, some software capabilities were missing to meet the product milestones and therefore HIX requested to help on the recruitment of talented back-end engineers.
Our approach
The 25Friday Product Management Consultant helped set objectives and key results to define HIX's quarterly goals. After this strategic exercise, a product roadmap was defined based on the key results and effort/impact of each roadmap item. During the roadmap discussions, it became clear that some specific back-end and quality assurance capabilities were missing, which resulted in the recruitment of nearshore developers in Portugal.
